This accessibility statement concerns the Nisan Oy website. We aim to make the site usable by as many people as possible, regardless of device or disability.
1.Accessibility status
The site partially meets the accessibility requirements. The identified shortcomings are listed below.
2.Standard applied
The site aims to meet the AA level requirements of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, referenced by the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).
3.What we have done for accessibility
Among other things, we have taken the following into account:
- The structure of the site is based on semantic HTML and heading levels progress consistently.
- The contrast between text and background has been checked.
- The site can be used with a keyboard without a mouse.
- Images have alternative text or are marked as decorative.
- The site scales to mobile devices and tolerates text enlargement.
4.Non-accessible content
The following content does not yet meet all requirements:
- The embedded map on store pages is produced by a third party and we cannot fully influence its accessibility. All map information is also available in text form on the same page.
- Some illustrative photos come from an external stock library, and their descriptions are not in all respects as precise as for content we produce ourselves.
